Cancellation Policy
No-show, cancellations, and rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a 50% fee of the service booked.
Clients 10+ minutes late will need to be rescheduled out of respect for scheduled time & service quality.
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to ensure we begin the service on time.
